Alex Whyatt

Alex is responsible for GAP's global citizenship education (GCE) programming. He develops educational resources and works with teachers to build space for student-led climate action in schools. He also trains community groups in sustainable development and supports action projects.

Alex has twelve years’ experience working in education in both formal and non-formal education,in Ireland, Lebanon, and South Korea. His passion for GCE comes from a strong conviction that community, communication, and collaboration are vital tools in tackling global challenges.

In his spare time, Alex takes enjoys photography, cryptic crosswords, and playing with the dog.
