Global Action Plan is looking for a Customer Success Officer to help us complement our team.

Global Action Plan aims to inspire people to become ‘change makers’. We equip individuals and communities with knowledge and skills to develop solutions to the environmental and climate crises. 

We deliver programmes for community groups, schools and businesses, in areas ranging from environmental education and climate action, to global citizenship, the Sustainable Development Goals and community transformation.

To assist our staff team at a time of rapid expansion of all Global Action Plan’s operations, we require the services of a Customer Success Officer (part-time).

The Customer Success Officer will be responsible for the outreach to a wide range of prospective corporate clients, and the successful administration and execution of Global Action Plan’s groundbreaking Climate Competitions for businesses and community groups.

The purpose of the role is to provide quality customer support to existing customers while developing and maintaining positive professional relationships with clients and prospective customers, deliver the highest quality experience to all GAP’s corporate partners that are interested in, or participating in, the different climate challenges organised by the organisation. 

This role is a part-time role, 22.5 hours per week, initially for a one year period, with potential for extension, with remote working options. As a family-friendly employer, Global Action Plan is open to other durations, depending on the candidate’s needs.

The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong interest in client engagements and building relationships and strong time management skills. They will be friendly and outgoing, and  adaptable, and passionate about sustainability.
