Global Action Plan has adopted a new strategic plan.
The 3 year strategy renews our focus on environmental behaviour change, with the aim to inspire and support individuals throughout Ireland to become environmental change makers.
The three-year strategic plan sets out ambitious goals to position Global Action Plan as the go-to organisation for evidence-based and effective environmental behaviour change initiatives.
To achieve that, we aim to:
- Become the go-to organisation for evidence based, effective environmental behaviour change;
- Take a partner-led approach to delivering high impact, creative programmes to communities across the country;
- Use our voice to amplify positive changes within communities;
- Be an effective and accountable organisation with good governance, nationwide reach and a sustainable business model.
Our new strategy will help us to build on our achievements to date, and to evolve our unique approach towards environmental behaviour change. In addition, the plan contains a roadmap towards achieving a strengthened public profile, growing our reach and impact nationally and building a stronger organisation that applies standards of excellence to all aspects of its work.
