St Josephs senior school in Ballymun celebrated the completion of the Park Stewardship programme last week. They were joined by former pupil of the school John Lyons T.D.​ The newly accredited Park Stewards wasted no time in regaling John with all they have accomplished over the past ten weeks – including collecting litter in Balcurris park, studying the flora and fauna of Poppintree Park​ and visiting the north Bull Island, in the Dublin Bay Biosphere​. Well done St Josephs Senior 4th Class, you are a great credit to your community! Thanks to all the teachers and parents who supported the students during the programme.
